Plato's Day is a celebration of the life of Plato Hoyle in the form of giving and fun - two things Plato loved. A Walk for Life and Car Show along with many things to do for the kids are planned. We will have food for sale as well as yummy homemade baked goods.
All proceeds will be donated to benefit two very important causes, the Preston Robert Tisch Brain Tumor Center at Duke University Medical Center and the Children's Ministry at St. Luke's Reformed Church in Salisbury, NC. Cancer is a disease that will unfortunately touch most of us in our lifetime on some level and no one can deny the importance of the growth and development of our children; they are our future!
